Tonight, Sean and I were tired! We were so excited about bedtime that the kids were in their PJ's having stories before 6:45pm. We better prepare for an early morning tomorrow!

Welcome Grandpa!

Grandpa arrived this morning from America! He's trained the kids to expect LOADS of presents, and he delivered!

Here, William shows off his new Spiderman backpack. He is also wearing a Spiderman shirt, Spiderman underwear, and Spiderman swimtrunks. WHY are there no Spiderman socks at Kohls? WHHYYY?

Margaret also got a Spiderman t-shirt. Hers lights up! Only in America do the T-shirts have batteries. I'm sure I'll be having to explain this one! She also got a Cars backpack. Margaret likes what William likes right now. She knows what is cool for a five year old boy!

After so much jumping around and slinging nets, and in Grandpa's case, actually flying over tall buildings, it was time for some QUIET TIME, a forced rest period in front of the television. We're glad you are here, Grandpa. Now, we are waiting for Oma!

Number Three??!!

Yes, it's true! Sean and I just couldn't stop with two! I'm six weeks pregnant and due March 13, 2009. We're very excited - let's hope it sticks!

We have just received an economic stimulus payment from our brilliant president! We do not live in the "homeland", so we were sort of curious what he was thinking. Anyway, our personal economy has been stimulated and we are taking a trip to Tuscany with Beeba!

I booked this place, located in between Pisa, Florence, Volterra (where Sean has a conference), and the Ligurian Sea!

It has a restaurant where you can taste their homemade wine, olive oil, and honey.

Have I mentioned lately how lucky we are?

Spiderman Phase

William and Margaret are in a spiderman phase. I have been painting a lot of squirming faces at very early hours.

This is what I sent to Kindergarten this morning. I hope he behaves himself. We keep explaining that Spiderman is a GOOD GUY who is especially nice to girls.

Elton John comes to Konstanz!

Last night, Dr. HF enjoyed an evening of Elton John in an outdoor stadium on the Bodensee. He wore no rings and no feathers. The music was great!
